New Year, New Workout Wear
The holidays have passed and whether you have New Year’s intentions around fitness or weight loss, it feels good to get back to clean eating and regular workouts. New workout clothing always gives me extra inspiration to get to the gym (no judgement, please) and I found some cute new looks that should do the trick!
This soft top (you can wear the twist in front or back) and pair of reversible leggings feel so good that you won’t want to take them off when your workout is done. I like workout shoes with a lot of cushion. The last few pairs I have had are from Adidas and I have been very happy with them. These are Alphabounce Beyond. I have worn this white sweatshirt on many more occasions than working out but its great to throw on after a workout when I tend to get cold. These pink leggings are the perfect color and have lovely details. Top available at bloomingdales.com and leggings are now on sale at revolve.com.
Lavender is my favourite color so I could not resist this hooded sweatshirt and coordinating color block legging. The soft pretty colors feel fresh as we move into the new year. Available at nordstrom.com.
