With each new season, it is fun to incorporate chic little updates into your footwear and accessory collections. Army green is one of those perfect colors that transitions beautifully between summer and fall. The luxe hue looks gorgeous with your summer tan and pairs well with soft shades like white and pink and also looks lovely in fall with shades of brown and black. While this color is often found in edgier silhouettes, I have found some feminine pieces in this chic color that offer fresh style.

When I created Style & Life, I wanted to create a place that inspired beautiful moments. I find that when I incorporate lovely details throughout my day, I tend to feel happier. While throwing on yoga pants and running out the door is the easiest way to run around on the weekend, I inevitably run into a former colleague or someone else I wish I wouldn’t have. So, unless I am truly working out, I try to look a touch more pulled together for weekend errands and going to the park.

We have talked a lot about florals this Spring but Sweet Tart (yes, the candy) colored pastels are another trend that is receiving a lot of attention. We posted about florals earlier this season and I continue to see lovely options everywhere. I have found a few new styles that are casual and easy to wear. The best part…they work well with things already in your closet. When I am out and about running errands, I like to look as pulled together as possible…the top and sweater below are excellent options for this and the dress is ideal for a lunch or happy hour with friends.
