A Classic Palette…Blue and White

I was traveling recently and noticed a gorgeous woman who was traveling with her family in tow. She breezed through security with kids, luggage and looked fabulous. She was dressed simply…a pair of slim white denim and a classic blue and white striped blouse. Nothing fussy or complicated, but it looked so elegant that it inspired me to write this blog post. Spring Stripes

When it comes to Spring trends, stripes are a staple every year. It is as if they go hand in hand with warm weather. When I start seeing resort collections in November, there are always striped items that remind me that Spring is around the corner. There are many different kinds of stripes…nautical, brightly colored, variegated, bold…my favorites tend to be softer versions. Beachy, a little boho and romantic are the styles I tend to gravitate toward. One of the benefits about investing in striped clothing is that you tend to wear them for many seasons…they do not become as dated as other trends. I have created three looks with some of my favorite Spring Stripes items.
