Purple has been my favorite color since I have been young…I always prefer purple over pink but it is not always easy to find. Fortunately, this season, lavender has been everywhere and I have enjoyed shopping these styles this Spring. I love how this hue looks in both casual and dressy looks.

If you have been following me for any length of time, you know that florals are one of my favorite trends…which is why I am delighted they have been so prominent for the past few seasons. They always make me feel so pretty and feminine which is why I feature them season after season. Summer is coming to a close and I am trying to soak up the sweetness of these remaining days. There is always something special about summer…the long days, vacations, out of town friends and family…things just feel more relaxed. While the weather in Miami is warm year round, there is still a seasonality…things that indicate seasons are changing and as I think about what to wear now through early Fall, this mustard yellow color is one of my favorite trends.
